EatClub Earn: BWS Online Promotion Terms & Conditions

This promotion is conducted by EatClub Pty Ltd (ABN 67 610 093 297), Level 7, 88 Ebley St, Bondi Junction NSW 2022 (“EatClub”). Dining Credit is issued by EatClub. BWS is not responsible for the issue, value or redemption of Dining Credit.

In these terms:

• (a)EatClub Terms means the EatClub Terms and Conditions available at eatclub.com.au/terms and in the EatClub app; and
• (b)Loyalty Program Terms means the EatClub Loyalty Program Terms available at the same location.

Capitalised terms not defined in these terms have the meaning given in the EatClub Terms or the Loyalty Program Terms.

The promotion opens at 00:01am AEST on Friday 28 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 30 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Only orders placed and paid for within the Promotion Period are eligible.

Open to EatClub members aged 18 years or over only, who have an EatClub account in good standing and a valid EatClub Digital Card (“Eligible Customers”, “you” or “your”). This promotion excludes the Northern Territory.

To earn Dining Credit, during the Promotion Period Eligible Customers must:

• (a)place an order with BWS Online via the EatClub Earn tab in the EatClub app; and
• (b)pay for that order in full using your EatClub Digital Card.

Orders settled through a Business Profile are not eligible for this Promotion. For the purposes of the Loyalty Program Terms, an eligible order under this clause 4 is treated as a qualifying transaction on which Dining Credit is earned, notwithstanding that it is not a Transaction at a participating venue.

Eligible Spend means the amount you pay for products purchased online directly from BWS and sold directly by BWS, inclusive of GST. Eligible Spend excludes:

• (a)gift cards and other cash-equivalent products;
• (b)products sold by marketplace or third-party sellers;
• (c)delivery, service, bag and any other fees or charges;
• (d)any part of an order paid using a BWS promotional code, voucher, discount or store credit; and
• (e)any part of an order not paid for with your EatClub Digital Card.

Dining Credit is calculated as a percentage of Eligible Spend, determined by your EatClub membership tier at the time the order is placed:

The maximum Dining Credit any member may earn under this promotion is $150 across the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of orders placed.

Dining Credit will be credited to your EatClub wallet within 24 hours upon placing your BWS order. EatClub may verify an order before issuing Dining Credit. Dining Credit will be governed by the Dining Credit Terms and Conditions available at https://eatclub.com.au/terms.

If an order is cancelled, refunded or partially refunded, or if items are substituted or unavailable, EatClub may withhold or reverse a corresponding amount of Dining Credit. Where Dining Credit has already been spent, EatClub may recover the amount by deducting it from your wallet balance or your refund.

EatClub Dining Credit is redeemable in accordance with the standard EatClub Dining Credit terms, available at https://eatclub.com.au/terms.

Dining Credit is issued at no additional cost as part of the EatClub Earn program. Dining Credit is not transferable, has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Dining Credit earned under this Promotion expires six months after issue and is otherwise subject to the Loyalty Program Terms, including the rules on order of spending and expiry.

EatClub may review, withhold, reverse or cancel Dining Credit where it reasonably suspects that a transaction or account is fraudulent, abusive, involves resale or commercial purchasing, or breaches these terms or the EatClub Terms and Conditions. If Dining Credit is withheld or reversed, you may contest the decision by contacting hello@eatclub.com.au.

You must take reasonable steps to keep your EatClub Digital Card details secure and must notify EatClub promptly if you believe your card details have been compromised.

EatClub may vary or withdraw this promotion at any time. Any variation or withdrawal operates prospectively only and does not affect Dining Credit already earned on eligible orders placed and paid for before the change takes effect.

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. All BWS purchases are subject to BWS's own terms, delivery conditions and ID requirements. Please drink responsibly.

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with EatClub's Privacy Policy, available at https://eatclub.com.au/privacy-policy.

The EatClub Terms and the Loyalty Program Terms apply to this Promotion and are available online and in the EatClub app. To the extent of any inconsistency, these Promotion terms prevail for this Promotion only. Nothing in these terms, the EatClub Terms or the Loyalty Program Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.

The promoter of the Competition is the Promoter. By entering this Competition, Entrants agree to be bound by the terms set out in the Competition Details and Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter and prizes, and the Competition Details, form part of these Terms and Conditions.

1. 2.1Entry is open only to persons meeting the Entrant Criteria, excluding the Exclusions.
2. 2.2This Competition will be conducted during the Entry Period and Entries must be made during the Entry Period. Entries made after the Entry Period will not count towards the Competition. The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries.

1. 3.1To enter this Competition, Entrants must complete the Entry, subject to the Limit.
2. 3.2While there is no separate entry fee, Entrants must incur the cost of their Qualifying Purchase(s), and any costs associated with accessing the internet, the EatClub app, or holding a valid EatClub account or EatClub Digital Card are the Entrant's responsibility.
3. 3.3Entries are generated automatically from Qualifying Purchases in accordance with the Entry mechanic above; no manual submission is required.
4. 3.4The Promoter reserves the right to reject an Entry, or disqualify an Entrant, if it reasonably thinks that a Qualifying Purchase or EatClub Digital Card linkage was made or used fraudulently, or otherwise to manipulate the number of Entries (for example, through split transactions or cancelled and re-placed orders).
5. 3.5The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of an Entry and to disqualify an Entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an Entry that does not, in the Promoter's sole discretion, comply with these Terms and Conditions.
6. 3.6The winner(s) of the Prize(s) will be drawn electronically at the Draw from all entries received during the Entry Period. The result of the draw is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.

1. 4.1The Winners will be notified in accordance with the Notification. The Winner's details will be published in accordance with the Publication.
2. 4.2The Promoter will not be responsible for any delay in crediting the Prize caused by inaccurate or outdated Prize Winner account details, or by the Prize Winner's EatClub account being inactive, closed, or otherwise unable to receive the Prize.
3. 4.3Each Entrant may only win one (1) Prize during the Competition. If the same Entrant is drawn as a winning Entry more than once in the Draw, only their first drawn Entry will be awarded a Prize, and an additional Entry will be drawn at random to fill any remaining Prize Winner position(s).
4. 4.4If the Winner is unable to comply with these Terms and Conditions and/or the Prize cannot be credited in accordance with the Competition Details, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the Undelivered Prize Draw to distribute the Prize. The first valid Entry drawn will win the unclaimed Prize.

1. 5.1The Promoter reserves the right to request a Prize Winner provide proof of satisfying the Entrant Criteria before the Prize is credited. If a Prize Winner cannot provide suitable proof, they will forfeit the Prize in full and no substitute will be provided.
2. 5.2The Prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or other goods or services (except as EatClub Dining Credit). The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. No alternative will be provided, and no compensation will be payable if a Prize Winner is unable or unwilling to use the Prize.
3. 5.3EatClub Dining Credit, or the program under which it operates, becomes altered, discontinued or unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value, or to otherwise vary how the Prize is delivered.
4. 5.4If the Promoter becomes aware, whether before or after a Prize has been credited, that a Prize Winner did not comply with these Terms and Conditions, that Prize Winner will have no entitlement to the Prize (or, if already credited, must return or refund its value), even if the Promoter has already notified them as a winner.

1. 6.1The Promoter already holds Entrants' personal information as part of their existing EatClub account, including transaction and EatClub Digital Card data. The Promoter will use this information to conduct the Competition and publicise the names of the Prize Winners, subject to the Promoter's Privacy Policy available here. No additional personal information is collected from Entrants for the purpose of entering the Competition.
2. 6.2The Winners' names will be published and retained as required by relevant legislation and as specified in these Terms and Conditions.
3. 6.3Entrants can contact the Promoter by mail at Level 7, 88 Ebley St, Bondi Junction, NSW 2022, or by email at hello@eatclub.com.au, to request access to, or correction of, the Entrant's personal information held by the Promoter.
4. 6.4The Winner consents to the Promoter's use of the Winner's name, likeness, image, picture, voice, statements, testimonials or quotations that the Winner provides to the Promoter for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide, without any fee being paid to the Winner.

1. 7.1To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers and agencies exclude all liability (including for negligence) for any loss (including loss of data, unauthorised access to data, and consequential loss), damage, expenses, death or personal injury, however caused, arising out of or in connection with this Competition.
2. 7.2If this Competition can't run as planned for any reason, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel, suspend or vary the Competition and re-commence it on similar terms, subject to any directions by regulatory authorities.
3. 7.3These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, however, remain subject to applicable State or Territory trade promotion and lottery laws. We both submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
